CEO – Jenna Romani
Jenna has led Demolition Services since 2010, continuing the legacy established by her father, who founded and built the business over more than 30 years. Having grown up within the industry, she brings a deep understanding of its technical, commercial, and client-facing demands. Actively involved in all aspects of the business, Jenna drives the company forward with a clear vision, strong leadership, and a commitment to continuous growth and innovation.
Managing Director – Tony Wray
Tony joined Demolition Services in 1990 and has been Managing Director since 2000. A qualified quantity surveyor with over 35 years’ experience across construction and demolition, he brings extensive commercial and operational expertise. Tony oversees the day-to-day running of the business, with a strong focus on health, safety, environmental performance, and quality assurance. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and holds NEBOSH qualifications.
Special Projects – Tim Arnold
Tim is responsible for overseeing site operations across a wide range of projects. With over a decade at Demolition Services, he has extensive experience delivering complex demolition and decommissioning works across sectors including power, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and regeneration. His project portfolio includes major sites such as Ferrybridge, Rugeley, Great Yarmouth, and Battersea.
Senior Health & Safety Manager – Charlene Walsh MSc CMIOSH CMaPS MIDE GMICE TIExpE
Charlene brings over 14 years of health and safety leadership within the demolition industry. She is responsible for ensuring full compliance across all operations, maintaining the highest standards of safety for employees, subcontractors, and the public. Highly qualified and experienced, she plays a key role in embedding a strong safety culture across the business.

Senior Contracts Manager – Matt Harker
Matt is a senior-level contracts manager with over 25 years’ experience in construction and deconstruction. He has a strong track record in managing projects from pre-contract through to completion, with expertise in commercial control, site management, and client relationships. Matt combines technical knowledge with a proactive, safety-first approach to ensure successful project delivery.
Technical Manager – Paul Henry
Paul joined Demolition Services in 1994, bringing a background as a qualified mining engineer with British Coal, where he spent over 20 years managing large-scale engineering and asset rationalisation projects. He leads the company’s technical function, including programme development, contract planning, and RAMS preparation, and oversees the asbestos removal division.
National Business Development Manager – Mike Widdowson
Mike joined the demolition industry in 2017, bringing a strong commercial background and experience in sectors including pharmaceuticals and waste management. As National Business Development Manager, he is responsible for driving growth, developing new opportunities, and strengthening client relationships nationwide. Known for his collaborative approach and strategic mindset, Mike focuses on building long-term partnerships and delivering value beyond the initial contract.
